      <description>&lt;p&gt;I hate the phrase &lt;strong&gt;“mold remediation.”&lt;/strong&gt; It sounds like one product.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;In real life, it’s a spectrum:&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;ul&gt;&#xA;&lt;li&gt;Sometimes it’s basically “clean this small spot and dry the area.”&lt;/li&gt;&#xA;&lt;li&gt;Sometimes it’s “turn part of my house into a plastic-walled lab for three days.”&lt;/li&gt;&#xA;&lt;/ul&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Both quotes will say &lt;em&gt;MOLD REMEDIATION&lt;/em&gt; in all caps. Cool.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Here’s the framing that made this click for me:&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You’re not really buying ‘mold removal.’ You’re buying containment + demolition logistics + air control + drying.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
